The add-in C:/Windows/System32/avgxch32.dll

My outlook was working fine, I have Windows XP, but
recently when I open Outlook I get a prompt that reads:

The add-in C:/Windows/System32/avgxch32.dll could not be
installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using
Detect and Repair from the help menu. You may be out of
memory, out of system resources, or missing a .dll file.

I have tried to repair this going to Detect and Repair. I
have plenty of memory, a fast optimized processor and
motherboard. Any recommendations on getting rid of this
anoying prompt.
