In outlook 2003 is there a way to display the BCC field by default in all new
e-mail messages? So when I open a new message it appears and I do not need
to always go and select it manually.

Thank you,

QB

Yes, but this mean I need to manually do this for each new message. Is there
a way to make it always appear for all new message without me needing to
always go through the menus?

No, once you've set it, it's for all new messages as it is a generic option
and not per message based.

You're saying this is not the case for you?
In what kind of mail environment are you? Corporate or home user?

This choice is not in the list of available options.

After doing a lot of trials, I ended up finding out that since I had Word as
my E-mail editor the option did not appear (Very Odd - Another
Microsoftism)?! I removed Word as my editor, made the change so the BCC
fields appears and the switched back on Word and everything is good now.

Thank you for your help.

The BCC field can be set with Word as the email editor as well, although the
option might be less visible to you;
