I have seen the above error message on a few machines and was wondering if
anyone else has seen it. So far my only solution has been to reinstall
Office. Detect and Repair hasn't worked.

Error seems to be profile specific.

Outlook 2003 on XP SP2

It appears that .dll belongs to the Captaris Rightfax client plugin. See
the following:

I'm getting AT_ext1.dll error on my outlook

I came across that reference via Google earlier. Unfortunately, we can't get
into Outlook to access the plugins... I also see no reference to the plugin
in my profile on the machine...

You can disable it in the registry.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\ - change
loadbehavior to 2

it may also be under the same path in HKCU
