Add another Update hyperlink on Gridview

After I click the self-generated Edit link on a Gridview row, it displays
Update and Cancel.

I want it to display an additional link, Done.

When Done is clicked I want it to update the record as per normal but after
first setting the field value for the field called ToDo to False.
