I have a 35 slide presentation and I need to add a small footnote
to each page.
How might I do this without having to go through each slide?
thanks

John,

In PowerPoint 2007, open your presentation and click on the Insert Tab. You
should see the Header & Footer icon. Complete the form.

Even if you need to add it to each slide (ie, putting it on the Master won't
work for some reason) all you need to do is add it to one slide, format as
desired, click the edge of the text box to select the box and not the text in
it, then press Ctrl+C.

Now press PageDown Ctrl+V 34 times. Done.

Takes little more time to DO it than it does to write out the description of
how.
