I have a mail merge of labels and I need to add an address label in a
particular spot because they are sorted by zipcode. How do I add one in the
middle of my labels so that it just moves the rest of them down a label? Is
this possible?

This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access database software, "mail merge" is
usually a Microsoft Word term, and you style yourself "outlook lady", so
there's no way of telling what software you're actually using!

An Access table does not have a native order. It may happen to show
records in a usual order, but you should never count on that order being
repeated. If you want a specific order you need to provide for it. If you
need it in zip code order, just sort on the zip code. You can sort in a
query, report or form. I would guess you are using Access as a source for a
Word merge. Base that merge on a query based on your table sorted in the
query by the zip code.
