add the addin in the Tools menu of Excel

Hi all
I have developed a ADDIN for excel 2000, now i want to add the addin
in the Tools menu of Excel. How can i do that.

If you put the add in in the "addins" folder (on my machine it is
C:\Documents and Settings\<YourName>\Application Data\Microsoft\AddIns). It
will show up on that menu.
