AdAware1.02 Update

Yes, yesterday it was AdAware Personal Edition 1.01 and today it is
1.02.
I don't know the difference in the two and I really don't know if you
have to uninstall the previous version first or not.

Just noticed that the 'upgrade' was already reported in replies to a
previous post "New AdAware Personal Edition".
In there , one of the posters said you had to uninstall ver 1.10
first.

1.02 uninstalls 1.01

Thanks for the info. It may save folks some time.
I uninstalled and reinstalled.

But you don't have to do it yourself as a separate process. If either
the 1.01 or 1.02 versions of the new SE software detect the presence
of a previous version, the installation process offers to uninstall it
for you before proceeding to put the newest version in place.

Personally, I would uninstall the previous version......the uninstall in
1.02 may not take out all it should. But it is your call.

All that was left in the old Adaware6 sub-directory were the
text logs and the quarantined files.
