I have Windows XP service pack 2. I got Verizon DSL. Suddenly by it self a
new website begins to open in the same browser I am working in. I tried to
put in the blocked pop list, but that doesnt help. Only If I run a scan
using either microsoft spyware or McAfee virus scan it stops. However, I have
to run it every time I start my computer. These website are like pop-up. One
of the address of the websites that open up are
consumerincentivepromotions.com, rewardsgetaway.com, and
emarketsearchgroup.com.

Boot into Safe Mode and run them both from there.
