Hi,
My issue is I have 6 domain controllers (a,b,c,d,e,f)
in the same domain. Domain controller (f) is the only one
that will replicate to (e). (a,b,c and d) will not
replicate even if I create a manal connection in AD sites
and services. I get this error message when I tried from
the other 4 servers "The naming context is in the process
of being removed or is not replicated from the specified
server". If anyone can help me with this thnks.

Are there KCC errors in the eventlog? Are there errors at the end of
repadmin /showreps?

Probably a DNS issue. Check the DNS forward lookup zone
and see if all of the DCs are listed with the correct IP
addresses. If they are not then you can manually create
them or troubleshoot why the DCs didn't automatically
register with DNS. Hopefully you are using active
directory integrated zones, if so chekc all of the DNS
servers to ensure that they all have the same records.

Make sure all of the servers have the primary and
secondary DNS server IPs correctly listed in the IP
settings.

This article has some good scoop on troubleshooting
replication. I have used it myself and it works

May be it’s pointing to the old object or DNS issue

See if this helps.
