Is it possible to burst names into an outlook email from contacts in AD? For
example instead of starting a group email with several recipients from AD
like:

Dear All Customers,

It starts with first name, last name from AD, eg.

Dear Brian,

Thanks Brian, I found the mail merge function, it is buried a bit in the
Outlook menu. It does have some limitations though, doesn't allow
attachments for example, it lead me to find "Send Personally" from MapiLabs
which looks quite good, I might use that instead.
