I've seen it before, but I have yet to find a solution.
My IIS/Exchange server losses the IWAM and IUSER Pwd on each reboot and they
have to be reset.
That machine had been killed/removed and then restored from backup. Ever
since I have had this problem.
If you do find a solution please post it back.
