AD builtin group Problem

I adds user in a group but the users automatically gets
removed.

What can be the problem.

Possibly you've configured the restricted groups GPO setting? Configuring a
group but leaving it empty will remove all members from that group. Check
your GPO(s).

No I haven't configured that.
