AD Attribute values in more readable format

Hi all,

I have retrieved the following values for the attributes
of AD:

Attribute Value
maxPwdAge: -30240000000000
lockoutDuration: -36000000000

How do i interpret this in simple formats like minutes or
seconds...
And what does the "-" sign indicate?

All you MS Technology masters please help.
