Has anyone succesfully deployed heterogeneous structure
containing Windows 2003 Active Directory and Samba?

Any hints and references to ULRs are appreciated.

What flavour of Unix do you intend using. Samba V3.x I assume you want to
use.

Below I pasted links that helped me the most. I have Fedora integrated with
Windows 2003. The links below explain what you should do to configure and
the book from Amazon will helped you with some design questions.
