Just to add to Kevin's suggestions, if the website is for internal use only
and the webserver is internan AND is not the DC, then this cannot be done
internally since the LdapIpAddress (called the "blank FQDN domain record,
that shows up as <same as parent>) is already registered by the DCs. This is
for domain GPO and DFS functionality, among other things. There are reg
entries to modify this registration behavior, but not recommended to
implement them, since they may affect GPO, DFS and possible replication
issues when trying to "find" the domain.
