Actualisation problem :(

Dear All,

I kndly ask you for little help. I have base in excel and this base
taking data from differents files (1.xls, 2.xls, 3.xls etc.)
Some of my formulas was changed and trying to take data from pulpit
(c:documents/pulpit/1.xls 2.xls etc

All my files i have in different place and i would like to auto
actualise my formulas to destination place ( for example d:/
destination

How to do this automaticcly?
