ActiveX Toggles

Does anyone know of a supplier, other than MS, of ActiveX toggle buttons? I
have searched the web and only found two. The two I saw were not as
esthetically pleasing to the eye as to what I am looking for. I have a hard
time believing that there is not a third party that supplies such a service
other than the two I have found. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You, JAD
