How do I stop IE6 prompts: "Do you want to allow software such as ActiveX controls and plug-ins to run?"

From IE go Tools/Internet Options and select the Security tab. Click on
Internet and then click on the Custom Level button. Under the Active X
controls and Plugins section, change the Prompt bullet points to be Disable
bullet points. That way you will get NO prompts to install ActiveX
controls - if that is what you want.

I personally have signed Active X set for prompt and unsigned Active X to
Disable.

Hope this helps.

Martin
