When I try to download something in Internet Explorer 7, a yellow bar appears
at the top of the screen saying "Your security settings do not allow websites
to use ActiveX controls installed on your computer".

When I click on the bar it just gives me the choice of selecting "more
information" which doesn't let me get around the problem. How to I change
the security settings to fix this?
