When browsing, I often get a message box that reads:
Internet Explorer
Do you want to allow software such as ActiveX controls
and plug-ins to run?
YES NO

The screen behind this box says that the address
requested is unavailable. Even if I answer the above box
with a click on yes, the screen will not clear. I can not
access this screen because of the ActiveX message box.

I have tried to clear this with the Internet Options, but
no setting seems to make this message go away. I also get
the message box 5 or 6 times when I open my photo editor
MGI Photosuite 4.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Rule out parasites.
