activex / java controls??

's Computer Specifications

having problem logging on to one web site (sainsburys uk) Think it must be
these controls?
All other sites ok, bank, etc.....
Any ideas?

What do you mean by "having problem logging on"?

What is the precise URL you are using to attempt your logon? Is it
http://www.sainsbury.co.uk/ ?

Based on what you have told us so far I would suggest two possibilities.

(1) Check your Privacy settings for Restricted sites.
(2) Rename the HOSTS file (temporarily)
