activeX controls for outlook

I need a data grid control for a form in Outlook. I am creating a data
entry form for a small application in Outlook. My users have a parent-child
entity relationship, where the parent has 0 to many children. I want to
allow them to fill in child info on the form in a scrollable control that has
no limit of rows and 2 columns. I want to publish the form to a folder where
data entry is done in this 'template' form.

Any suggestions?
