Every time I open an e-mail I get the following message in a dialogue box:

`one or more activex controls could not be displayed because either

(a) Your current settings prohibit use of these controls or
(b) You have blocked the publisher

As a result the page may not display correctly'

Thanks for your help!

Every time you open *one* email, or every time you open *any* email?

AFAIK Outlook won't run ActiveX controls in emails by default because HTML
mail is opened in the Restricted Sites Zone (so with the same settings as a
web page you have told Internet Explorer specifically not to trust). See
