ActiveX and .NET

Hi,

Can you please explain to me how I could write .ocx using the new .NET? Any
resources I can check out? If possible to create .ocx does the user require
to have .NET framework installed?

I would like to create a video stream using directX that will enable my
vendors to utilize the ActiveX control for use in their apps or over the web
in its light weight control.

No version of .NET supports creating OCX/ActiveX controls.
