Activesync won't load

The Wizard opens with a message " The Wizard was interrupted before Active
4.x could be loaded.No files have been created of changed"
Just as this window opens there is a quick flash of an error message that I
cannot read to find out the problem. Any ideas on how to read the error
message. I have tried print screen but it can't catch the message.
I have followed the posts re Activesync and done all the things suggested,
nothing
changed
