Activesync time problem

When I activesync my ipaq 3870 to outlook '07 there is always a one hour
difference in the appointment times. Thinking that this was a time zone
problem or a daylight savings time issue, I made sure that all the devices
were on the same time zone. Still, the one hour difference remains. I can
chnage the appointment time on both the ipaq and outlook, but still it
maintains the one hour difference.

My only shortfall is not being able to find the daylight savings time
manager on the ipaq, that might be the problem.
