ActiveSync 3.7 and debugging

After some experiments in connection with my
issue "debugging on Pocket PC 2003", I've found another
problem (and thus start a new thread):

I'm using the "Administrator" account on a Windows 2000
machine for synchronizing my PDA with the Desktop and I
tried using the same account for development and debugging
of my .net PDA applications.
But I've got that message, that the connection is
interrupted and I should restart debugging (I can't give
you the English text as I'm using a German edition of
VS.net and the PDA).

Now I've experimented with another user account on the
same machine. This time I only established a guest
relationship with the PDA. Deploying and debugging
applications works with this user, there are no problems
any longer.

But what is wrong with my Administrator's account?
I've already tried all these DelCryptoKey commands and
proxy settings, though they can't be the problem as
debugging on this machine obviously works.

Is there a problem with ActiveSync 3.7 and its
relationships to the PDA?
