actively refused after several weeks running normal

Hi!

We have a winservice that exposes several services using .net remoting over
TCP. After weeks of running normally the winservice refuses to accept
connections with the error messge "Actively refused". All other functions on
the winservice is running normally. The quickfix is to restart the service.
One thing to note while restarting is that the winservice does not exit
gracefully and that you have to kill it manually using procmon.

Any pointers in what to look for?
