Active X Scripting Problem

can someone help me maybe? i have trouble access www.pcpitstop.com and other
websites due to the IE not correctly having Active X Scrpiting yet my
settings in IE options are set Default i am also unable uninstall any
programs becuase of the BLANK white screen please help if i am in the room
Area PLEASE Direct me Elses Where
