I keep getting a box everytime I sign on saying that
windows cannot open file MSWINSCK.OCX or that it's
missing and do I want to search the web to find out which
program created it. I know it is from Active X. Do I need
Active X on here, and if so, how and where can I get this
file? I just want the stupid box to stop popping up
everytime I get on my computer. Please help.

Typing this file name "MSWINSCK.OCX" in google and doing a search will give you various solutions to get this file and get it registered on your computer.
