When accessing internet web site, I see a "pop up"
indicating "Active X Controls" limit loading of font
information resulting in incomplete loading of portions of
the windows available to me at the site. I'm offerred
three levels of security but changing these security
levels doesn't correct the problem. What changes in Active
X Controls set up do I need to make?

This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware, parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.

Gary,
Sounds like a website want to install fonts used on their page
that doesn't exist on your system. Thus the "prompt" ....

Internet Options | Security [tab] | Internet [icon] Custom Level [button]
Scroll down to "Fonts Download", select desired option.
