I made a page for a site in Frontpage.
When I publish it, my browser says it has active x controls, but it is only
text.
How is this possible and how can I de-activate these controls?

Hope anyone can give me an answer to this little problem.

Thanks.

Armidala, I've run into this, but it only happens to me when I'm doing an
internet preview (F12). It didn't happen when I actually published. I had
both text and images and even a small flash (swf) file and that browser
message went away (I had to click to "allow" the content on the preview.

Did you actually publish or are you just previewing?
Hoping this helps, but if you really have published, my comments my have no
value.

Hi DianaH,

Thanks for your reply.
Yes, it happens in the preview, so I suspect (hope) that when I am actually
going to publish the site, the message will disappear.'
It's not in the air yet, but as soon as it is, I will let you know if the
message has disappeared.
