Since a PC crash in July, my system has not been able to
display any Active X controlled media. I have tried
uninstalling and installing again and downloading was not
apparently successful. Please assist me with this problem
anyone who can. I don't know if it was affected by the
crash or the restore. I would appreciate any info ASAP!
Thanks
Sincerely

Becky;
I am unsure if you mean in Internet Explorer or not. If IE: open
IE/click Tools/Internet Options/Security tab/Custom Level button/ActiveX
Controls should be the first five items listed. Hope this helps. Let us
know.
