It's impossible to do in 2007. You can try to get close but I expect you'll
still be frustrated as it doesn't work anywhere near as well as it dod in
older versions. I DID kick up a stink with Microsoft when I first saw what
they were doing to the To Do Bar BTW.
Right click the column header of the To Do bar and try Customise to see if
you like any of the options.
