I have Windows XP Pro w/SP2 on my computer. Every time I try to load Active
Synch v4.1 or v4.5, it won't install. The wizard starts, it goes through a
preparation process, then it tells me it couldn't install and my system
hasn't been changed. I haven't been able to find anything that tells me why
it stops. I had v3.7 on the computer before. I saw on the site somewhere
that when installing v4.6 in vista, you had to uninstall all previous
versions, so I uninstalled v3.7 hoping that would fix the problem. It
hasn't. Does anyone know why the wizard keeps stopping? It's driving me
nuts trying to figure this out! :-)
