I have two computers that I want to download active sync on both to form
partnerships for each. Both computers are running Windows XP. It installed
successfully on one computer but not on the other computer, the down load
suddenly stops. I tried downloading several times and get the same result.
Is there a reason/solution for the stopped download?

Hi Mel,

When you say download, I presume you are referring to the installation
process of ActiveSync. Does the installation give you any error message
before it stops? Ensure you have administrative rights on the computer you
are trying to install it.
