active programs don't show buttons on taskbar

's Computer Specifications

I have to use ALT + TAB to see the various windows all of
a suddon. The clustered icons for open programs no longer
appear on the tasbar & I don't know how to fix this! Can
anyone help?

Programs arent minimized in the tsakbar (line 240, left column)
