"Active Internet Required..."

My computer keeps telling me that "An active internet
connection is required to report this error to Microsoft".

I do HAVE an active internet connection - this one. Why
Doesn't the MS Error Reporter know this?

My email & browser work just fine - just XP can't find it.

Win XP (pro) SP1 - this has been going on for two days
now.

Any ideas?
