Hi -
I am able to create new user accounts via AD, however, I am unable to create
an Exchange account as the account creation skips that part. How do I resolve
this...is this a permissions issue?

Thanks for all help!

You need to create it from a machine that has the Exchange System Management
tools installed on it.

Put your Exchange CD in the machine and run setup and only select the
management tools

Hi Mark --
Thank you for your response. Another question: My machine is running win xp
pro sp2 and I recently installed the win 2003 server adminpak. I found some
instructions and wanted to run this by you...install win 2000 server
adminpak, install e2k admin tools, remove w2k adminpak, install win 2003
server adminpak.

Should I remove my 2003 adminpak and proceed with the aforementioned?

Thank you for your time and consideration...

The recommendation is to uninstall previous versions of server admin tools
and then install the new server admin tools.

The server admin tools don't care what exchange admin tools you have
installed or visa versa
