Active Directory Domain with Mixed Mode

I have AD with Mixed mode (Many Domain Controler with one Windows NT Server
NT 4.0)
before one hour it was working fine withouit any problem suddenly
I can not run User Manager For Domain in Windows NT Server 4.0 and the error
is:

" Do you want to select another Domain to administator
The Network Path wa snot found"

note: I reboot all the server and still the problem exist

any help?
