Active directorie sevices

HI we are migrating from W2k to XP.

On the back-end we use w2k and ads.(active directorie
services) on w2k we can find (search) published shares.
On XP I can't find the optoin to do this.
I can search for people en pinters but no published shares.

I appreciate any help.
