Active Desktop question

Hi Everyone,

I have a Group Policy that enables Active Desjtop for our
users so customized desktops can be seen. My problem is:
the last IE window or full-screen app that is closed
leaves a phatom screenshot of itself on the desktop. The
window closes properly, and other windows can still be
opened, but it will definitely confuse the users. Has
anyone else seen this? Thanks in advance for your help!
