Active desktop in fullscreen

Im having problems to set the active desktop in fullscreen from the profile,
it works fine the 2 first logins then it´s back to half the window.
Tryed to restrict system from reg but it´s changing back the value anyway.

It´s a wts with citrix solution.

Anyone got an ide´
