Contact the OEM (if you can) for a replacement. This may help, if changing
the key is important to you:

Keep in mind that retail and OEM keys are not interchangeable, so you may
not be able to switch from an OEM key to a retail one. If this is the case,
you will need to do a repair installation with the new disk and key, see:
