For christmas i got a new mb and processor. After
installing i had to do a repair install of winxp home.
Now every time i boot up the activate windows now icon
appears. I click it and it says windows is already
activated. Next reboot it does it again. It is counting
down and i am at 3 days left to activate. If you can help
please do thank you kindly.

Hi David,

Start/run regsvr32 regwizc.dll
Then start/run regsvr32 licdll.dll

See if this helps.

thought it would work unfortunatly it listed the update
after doing both comands. then on reboot 3 days left for
activation popped up. then it said that windows is
already activated. A friend of mine had the same problem
with this and sure enough after the countdown hit 0 he
couldnt access windows. =/ Any other idea's would be
GREATLY appreciated!!
