I tried to active my copy online, but it says it already has been on another computer. I have the purchased CD in front of me, and i cant even use it now because of this. What do i do??! Please help thank you.

Select the telephone option then you can explain about it already being installed.

did you get it retail, or second hand (e.g. on E-bay) - which would account for
the fact it was already activated/registered to the previous licence holder.

have you previously activated it on another computer (like it says)?
