I had a trail version of Front Page 2002. I have now purchased FP and would
like to activate it. When I go to Help-> Activate Product, it starts MS FP
2002 Activation Wizard. My only choice is to exit. The wizard does tell me
that I was intitled to use the product until Month Day, 2005. And it is in
reduced funtionality mode. But it will not give me the opportunity to enter
in my lincese key!

I checked the MS web site, I'm following the instructions.

Please help, thanks.

Are you saying you purchased FP 2002? If so, let the Activation Wizard
run.

If you mean, you had a trial version of FP2002 and you've now purchased
FP2003, try uninstalling the old trial version and then reinstalling
FP2003.

Thanks. When I insterted the CD for FP 2002 it wanted to uninstall the trial
version. I let it and it intalled the lincensed version fine. I wish it would
have let me just enter the product key from the purchased version.

Did you un-install the Trial version via Add/Remove under Control Panel?

"Month Day" is the day we celebrate making it to the end of another
month. In some parts of the world, it is known by the alternate term,
"Pay Day".

Hope this helps.
