My friend installed XP Home at the wrong computer (it's
not the one I am using) and he also activated it. Now I
am trying to install and activate at MINE but Microsoft
answers that the XP Home (I bought) has already
activated. So what can I do? Please help me because I am
really needing it for my own computer.

You need to remove Windows XP from the wrong computer, then you will
be able to successfully activate on the correct computer.
You may need to choose the option to activate by phone.
