Is there anyway to activate my webcam remotely from another computer which
is in my contact list. In other words, I want to see my office when I am in
another room.

Unfortunately no, there is no way to get Messenger to automatically accept anything. Instead
however, you might look into an application which "broadcasts" the camera, for instance,
ConquerCam:
